With a 21mm internal width, they're a perfect platform for lower pressure tubeless set-ups, allowing mid or high volume casing tires to deliver a wide footprint. The contemporary blunted profile is aero, resilient and mud shedding. The 27mm external width indicates the excellent wall thickness that keeps the rim laterally stiff while under tension.

Using patented layup and molding technologies, Enve engineers have raised the amount of both pressure and heat in their molding process which bonds the layers of carbon together in a super dense, incredibly strong, but very light section. This optimized process provides a lighter rim surpasses the strength of other, heavier carbon rims. Also, because Enve lays the fibers up in continuous UD sheets, then molds into a true laminate, the engineers can create molded spoke and valve holes. This means there is no drilling into the fibers, which weakens the rim at the stress points. Enve's spoke holes are able to hold substantial spoke tension that far exceeds what even a spoke can withstand. The rims are also made with a hookless tubeless design that ensures virtually zero air loss due to impact and creates a strong, consistent seal all around the rim.
