This is the second and much improved version of the Avid Centerlock 160mm disc rotor. The center 7075-T6 alloy spider is designed to fit directly on a Shimano-style Centerlock hub. Shimano fan or not, everyone knows that Centerlock makes the process of dealing with rotors and disc that much easier. No Torx bolts or screws to deal with, just one single lockring. Perfect XX/XO level machining and tolerances match precisely with Centerlock grooves for a snug fit.

The spider itself helps dissapate heat when braking thus increasing performance. Wavy cut and slotted stainless steel rotor adds to heats reduction Avid Centerlock means no need for adapters when running the popular combonation of a Centerlock hub with an Avid disc brake caliper. Lock ring not included.
