Fitting a front wheel and a rear wheel with cassette is TIGHT. Now I understand why other wheel bags have an elliptical shape: I am guessing this allows for offset between the front and rear wheels so the axles are not right on top of each other.

Pros: Outside has solid plastic liner to protect spokes

Cons: Inside foam will get torn up cuz axles poking thru

I needed a padded two wheel bag. I saw some priced at $150-250, which I thought was high. I saw this one and thought I’d take a chance. It’s a great bag, padded, with plates on the center to protect the axles. This bag definitely deserves 5 stars.
