First Endurance EFS has been completely redesigned. With the latest amino acid technology, superior mineral bioavailability and the addition of Malic Acid, the new EFS drinks provide everything needed to maximize endurance and performance during exercise. The new formulas taste great, are incredibly fine, mix instantly and refuel working muscles faster than ever before. Because the new EFS has the highest electrolyte content available (1160mg of all 5 electrolytes/serving), there's no need to carry extra electrolyte pills or add anything else to EFS drinks. New First Endurance EFS allows the athlete to reduce dehydrations and cramping worries to train and race with confidence.
The new EFS drink contains 700mg of Malic Acid, which was not found in the previous formula. Malic acid stimulates oxygen consumption by increasing mitochondrial uptake, improving mitochondrial respiration and increasing energy production. Malic acid is essential in the formation of ATP, the body's energy source. Malic acid allows the body to make ATP more efficiently, even under low oxygen, or hypoxic conditions.

I have tried the rest but the EFS is by far the best I have been using. I have been using it for the past 3 years now and wouldn't dream of using anything else. I always prepare my mix the night before. I use a small amount of Boiling Water, which allows it to dilute very quickly and then top it off with the cold water. I am cycling in the Middle East where Temperatures get above 50C (106F).
Pros: Tastes Good, not so expensive
LOVE IT. For me it's very very easy to drink. The biggest bang for the buck, that's for sure. Don't be swayed by the review from the guy with the weak stomach, it is easy to drink -- more or less you should mix it with cold water, for I could see where luke warm water may be a bit weird to drink?
this product works I have gone through about 15 containers before they added the new ingredient if you ride a bicycle or work in a very hot place this product will help you go home without a heat headache the taste of the lime flavor I have bought is really good joe
Do get tricked by their label - they say 25 servings but that is for only 12oz! Overall, I like their science behind the drink and I think it works pretty well on the bike and while running, but I just don't like drinking it, I feel like I need to choke it down.
Love this drink. Not too sweet or sticky, not dyed so it doesnt leave Koolaid style stains on bike or clothes, and easy to digest. Better than some brands because it does not spoil. I can chill a half used bottle and top off for the next days ride. Lasts about three days in fridge. Doesnt leave blackish yuk in bottle.
