    I tried the Lemonade flavor of this drink. While the drink performed up to expectations and was generally agreeable with me, it really didn’t taste like Lemonade. More like sugar and salt in water with some weird flavoring. if the lemonade flavor is what you are after, I recommend sticking to the powdered Gatorade. You can get that for cheaper and in a larger serving.

    Just did a century in hot, humid conditions. Drank Cliff regularly during the ride and didn’t experience any energy loss and more importantly no cramps, which I was quite prone to before.
