    The quality of the bits seems fine, but not exceptional. The rail is a rubbery plastic and is designed to be wall-mounted, though it holds the bits well enough in a tool box, too. It’s certainly a good array of bits for bike work, and I have no idea where else you’d get a 3/8" drive 1" socket or a 3" long 10mm hex bit (also no idea what those are supposed to be for, but hey, never hurts to have them). The one drawback here is that they’re made in China according to the box they came in. Nothing against China but if I’d wanted Chinese tools I’d have gotten my hex bits from Home Depot, not Park. I’m saddened to see another American toolmaker go down that road.
