Along with the 2019 release of new tubeless tires, such as the Race A EVO4 Tubeless, Panaracer introduced a unique new tire sealant, Seal Smart. Utilizing a tire and rim safe latex base liquid, Panaracer adds a novel additive to seal punctures- ground up walnut shells, which is intended to react with the other ingredients to accelerate the flow of the material into the puncture hole, yet reduces how much it’ll spray out of the hole. Panaracer claims it will seal up to a 6mm hole almost instantly.

Panaracer claims the sealant will last up to 6-7 months in your tires, and then should be replaced. The 4 ounce bottle is good for 2 tires at the recommended usage, depending on tire size and volume. The bottle has an easy fill tip that can fit into a Presta valve with the core removed.
