Specific Sidi Narrow last fits fits low volume and narrow feet, beyond the narrow lasted fit, all else remains the same and this shoe is identical when comparing actual features and performance to the standard Genius Fit Carbon road shoe.

The Sidi Genius Fit upper is constructed of Sidi's proprietary Tecnomicro fabric. This synthetic leather upper is thin, breathable, extremely stretch resistant and durable. Venting is accomplished with mesh inserts. A low profile and refined Caliper Buckle has a two-way ratchet for easy on-bike adjustment with incremental tightening and loosening. The buckle strap is attached to an adjustable Soft Instep Closure System and padded tongue eliminate pressure points.

Sidi designers developed the Millennium 4 sole specifically for the Genius Fit. Sidi takes the standard Millennium nylon sole and adds carbon fiber to the nylon matrix which adds both stiffness and comfort by dampening road vibration. The Millennium 4 features engineered flex to take the edge of and provide some comfort and relief. While the majority of the sole is stiff, the fore foot-metatarsal area has just a bit of elasticity to bring great amounts of comfort and wards off hot spots on longer rides. The industry standard three hole Look cleat pattern fits all modern cleats and the replaceable heel pad extends the life of the shoe.
