The Arundel STR brings side-loading access to the Mandible cage design. STR stands for Seat Tube Right, which tells you exactly where it goes and how it works. The cage opens to the right side of your seat tube, making bottle access possible when your frame geometry or a frame bag blocks the traditional top-down reach. If you've ever wrestled with a bottle on a small frame or tried to hydrate while riding with a full frame pack, you already know why this matters.

Built on the same platform as Arundel's Mandible cage, the STR uses geometrically-shaped carbon arms with a foam core. That construction method gives the arms enough flex to grip bottles securely without cracking under stress. The cage spent two years in development and testing, including time in MTB World Cup competition where bottle retention gets tested harder than most riders will ever push it. The result holds bottles tight enough for technical terrain but still releases them when you pull from the side.

Two sets of mounting holes give you 20 millimeters of vertical adjustment. The lower position drops the cage to clear your top tube or to accommodate a larger bottle on a compact frame.
