This Flat Mount type disc brake adapter is designed for setting 140mm Campagnolo hydraulic rear calipers the proper spacing for using the 140 caliper with a 160mm rear rotor.
Aluminum, with stainless steel bolts, this is designed for Campagnolo's 11 and 12 speed groupset Flat Mount disc brake calipers.
