Campagnolo brought back the Record name for 2026, and the Record 13 X gravel groupset shares the same wireless 13-speed architecture as the flagship Super Record 13, just with more cost-effective materials. The main differences come down to materials and finish — Record uses alloys and steel bearings where Super Record gets carbon, titanium, and ceramic. That swap adds a bit of weight but brings the price down significantly, and you keep the fully wireless shifting, the Nano Clutch rear derailleur, and the made-in-Italy build. This particular build is the Record X 1x13 configuration with a 40T aero chainring, 165mm crankarms, and a 10-48T cassette.

This is a true 1x gravel setup. The Record X rear derailleur uses a specific longer carbon cage built for cassettes up to 48 teeth, so it handles the steep, loose climbs where gravel bikes earn their keep. The standout feature over the road derailleur is the Nano Clutch, a miniaturized clutch developed from Campagnolo's Ekar experience that maintains chain tension on rough terrain and bumpy descents, keeping the chain from bouncing off the front ring. It mounts three ways — direct attachment with a Campagnolo UDH hanger, a traditional hanger, or direct mount — and the UnLock system lets you reposition the derailleur by hand if the system hiccups, then re-engage from the shift lever while riding.

The wireless setup means no shift cables to route or replace. The removable battery delivers up to 750km of range and recharges fully in 60 minutes through the quick-snap magnetic ports, and you monitor charge status through the integrated LED, the MyCampy app, or your bike computer. Every component in the Record 13 platform runs on the same batteries as Super Record, so if you're already in the Campagnolo 13-speed ecosystem, charging stays consistent across your bikes.
