The Cervelo Dropout Set Screw replaces the adjuster screws that thread into the dropout face and bear against the rear axle, giving you a fresh starting point when originals get bent, stripped, or go missing after a wheel change.

These screws take more abuse than their size suggests. Every time you remove the rear wheel, the adjuster screws bear the load of repositioning and holding the axle in place until the quick release clamps down.
