Description
Aluminum alloy construction with integrated cable management defines the ST36, which Cervelo developed specifically for their Soloist, Aspero (2024+), and Rouvida frames. The stem routes shift housing or electronic wires along a channel on its underside, feeding them cleanly into a gap in the upper headset bearing cover. This design keeps the cockpit looking tidy while allowing you to swap stem lengths without touching your hydraulic brake lines—a real time-saver when dialing in fit or lending the bike to a friend.
The ST36 only works with round 1-1/8" steerer tubes. If you're building up a Cervelo with the C-shaped or D-shaped fork steerer found on the 5-series bikes, you'll need the ST31 or ST32 instead. That distinction matters when sourcing parts, so double-check your frame's fork steerer profile before ordering.
An 8° drop angle positions your hands slightly lower than the stem clamp height, which suits riders looking for a moderate reach without slamming the stem all the way down. The 31.8mm bar clamp accommodates standard road handlebars, and the satin black finish matches the understated look of the Soloist cockpit. Lengths run from 70mm to 130mm in 10mm increments, giving you enough range to fine-tune your reach whether you're stretching out for an aggressive race position or pulling things back for comfort on longer rides....
