Description

ENVE's In-Route stem system routes cables and hoses through the stem and into the steerer, which keeps the front of the bike clean without forcing you into a fully integrated bar/stem combo. The In-Route High Rise Stem is the +17° version of that system, designed for riders who want to bring the bars up without stacking spacers under the stem or flipping a negative-rise unit. The 102 designation refers to a 100mm length with a standard ENVE In-Route interface, and it pairs with ENVE's In-Route compatible handlebars and headset top covers to complete the routing path.

The stem is machined from 7075-T6 aluminum rather than carbon, which lets ENVE keep the internal cable channels precise and the clamp interfaces durable through repeated service. Cables and hoses enter through the steerer, pass up through the stem body, and exit at the bar clamp, where they continue into a compatible In-Route handlebar. There are no exposed cables between the headset and the bars, but the system still allows stem length and angle changes without re-bleeding brakes or recutting housing on every adjustment — a meaningful difference from fully integrated cockpits.

Compatibility matters here. The In-Route High Rise Stem requires an ENVE In-Route compatible handlebar and an In-Route headset top cap and compression system. It will not work with a standard round-bar setup or a non-In-Route headset. The 1-1/8" steerer clamp is standard, but the routing path through the steerer assumes you're building around the ENVE ecosystem. If you're piecing together a build and aren't sure your fork and headset will accept the routing, confirm before you commit.... Read More
