Based on their previous winning designs and proven engineering, this repair stand sets a new standard in lightweight, portable, and functional support for all of the modern bikes we love to ride. It delivers superior support for contemporary bikes, such as enduro mountain bikes, eBikes, cargo bikes, and downhill bikes, yet it is equally effective for any road or kid's bike. With oversized, double drawn anodized aluminum tubes, a wide and stable base, stronger jaws, and faster closure mechanism, the Pro Mechanic HD matches the expanded capability of today’s bicycles. Ideally suited for heavier bicycles, the HD is 145% stiffer than the Pro Elite despite that stand's 85lb max weight. The Pro Mechanic HD can support bikes up to 100 pounds (45.5kg) and tube diameters to 2.6 inches (6.6cm) much more easily, with less much less flex and bend. Yet it’s lightweight and portable at 18 pounds (8kg) and 8”x43” (21cmx115cm) when folded for travel. It’s loaded with the features you need for effective, efficient bike repair: one-handed jaw closure, padded jaw slider, oversized tri knob, and sturdy, easy to use fittings.
