Simply thread on a cartridge, slide the mouth of the adapter over your valve and un-screw to release the CO2. You can throttle the amount of flow by twisting the cartridge right/tight and left/loose effectively opening and closing the flow. Push on for Presta, screw on for Schrader valves.
