The LOOK Delta Fitness Grip cleats are designed for the Delta pedal platform used on indoor cycling bikes and fitness equipment. These cleats use a three-bolt mounting pattern that attaches to indoor cycling shoes with standard three-bolt cleat pockets. The Fitness Grip designation refers to the rubber pad integrated into the cleat base, which provides traction when walking on studio floors between bikes or during transitions in spin class environments.

The cleat body is constructed from composite material with the rubber grip surface bonded to the underside. This construction allows you to walk from the locker room to the bike or move around the studio without slipping on smooth floors. The cleat interface with Delta pedals provides a secure connection during high-cadence intervals and standing efforts. The three-bolt mounting system distributes clamping force across the shoe sole, and the cleats include adjustment slots for fore-aft positioning on the shoe.

These cleats work specifically with LOOK Delta pedals and are not compatible with Keo or other three-bolt road systems. The Delta interface uses a different engagement mechanism and cleat profile compared to road pedals. Each package includes a pair of cleats with mounting hardware.
