LOOK's Keo Blade Vision Upgrade Kit converts compatible Keo Blade pedals into active safety lights by replacing the standard baseplate with one housing an integrated LED. The system uses motion detection to activate automatically when you start pedaling and shut off when you stop, so there are no buttons to press and nothing to remember before a ride.

The kit includes two baseplate assemblies, each containing a rechargeable battery and LED unit. LOOK rates the runtime at 40 hours per charge, which means weekly charging covers most riders even through dark commute seasons. Charging happens via USB, and the baseplates swap onto your existing Keo Blade pedals without tools beyond what you used to install the pedals themselves. The light output covers three modes: steady, flashing, and pulsing, selectable through a simple press sequence on the baseplate.

Compatibility is the key detail here. The Vision Upgrade Kit fits current Keo Blade Carbon, Keo Blade Carbon Ceramic, and Keo Blade Carbon Ceramic Ti pedals that use the integrated internal blade design. It does not fit the older external-blade Keo pedals from around 2010 where the carbon blade was visible on the outside of the pedal body.
