The LOOK Keo Carbon Blade Replacement Kit provides fresh blades for Keo Blade Carbon, Keo Blade Carbon Ceramic, and Keo Blade Carbon Ceramic Ti pedals—all models that use the integrated blade design where the carbon leaf spring sits inside the pedal body. This kit does not fit the original external-blade Keo pedals from around 2010, which positioned the carbon blade visibly on top of the pedal with a different mounting interface.

Each kit includes a pair of carbon blades in your choice of tension rating: 12, 16, or 20 Nm. The number indicates release force, so lower values mean easier unclipping while higher values require more deliberate heel rotation to disengage. If you've been riding the same pedals for several seasons and notice the release feels softer than it used to, worn blades are likely the cause.
