X-Track En-Rage Plus Ti
Description
Two-bolt mountain pedals built around a hollow titanium axle, the LOOK X-Track En-Rage Plus Ti targets riders who want a wider platform than the standard X-Track without paying the steel-axle weight penalty. The titanium axle shaves grams compared to the chromoly version found in the standard En-Rage Plus, which is where the price jump goes. If you're running aggressive trail, enduro, or gravel terrain and want a stable platform with cleat retention you can trust, this is LOOK's top-tier offering in the X-Track family.
The body measures wider and longer than the standard X-Track, giving you more surface contact with the shoe before engagement and more support once you're clipped in. Four adjustable steel pins per side bite into the sole when you're riding unclipped sections or recovering from a missed entry, which matters more than people admit on technical descents. The open architecture sheds mud effectively, and the steel engagement mechanism has held up well across the X-Track line for years.
Cleat compatibility is where you need to pay attention. The X-Track system uses LOOK's own two-bolt cleat, which looks similar to Shimano SPD but is not cross-compatible. Pedals ship with X-Track Easy cleats that provide reduced release tension for easier unclipping, useful if you're new to clipless or coming off a long break. Standard X-Track cleats are available separately if you want firmer retention.... Read More
