Sportful NoRain Arm Warmers
Hands down, one of the best three season arm warmers available on the market. The arm warmer is pattern cut, with excess material removed from behind the elbow. This leaves the fit void of sagging or bunching. Silicone impregnated threads located at the top and bottom of the warmer keep the garment in place during sport. This low volume, full protection warmer is a clear winner.
As for the warmer's name sake; NoRain technology delivers Nano technology driven water-repellent exterior and a lightweight, but significant brushed fleece interior to keep out the wet and wind, conserve and preserve warmth. This Nano technology treatment is applied to 4-way stretch exterior Lycra material. This finished fabric is highly water repellent and deters free air intrusion. The inner surface Thermodrytex Plus features maximum stretch and a dense warm fleece inner layer that combined make this fabric ideal for warmth and the flexibility needed for motion performance. Made with 84% Nylon and 16% Lycra keep the fabric soft and stretchy is comfortable against the skin. Moisture is lifted and released through the form-fitting design, as is excess heat.

These are the first arm warmers I can really recommend. I am 6'2", 175 and have very long arms and well, no bulging biceps. Chicken arms would be a good term. My shirt size is 35 in the sleeve and the large Sportful warmers are a perfect fit. They are firstly long enough and secondly they stay put and are good in a very large range of temperatures. Too warm for a summer day to just keep the sun off, but I did not buy them for that. I bought them for fall, winter and spring and they have been perfect in every regard.
Pros Long enough. Stay put. Wide temperature range.
Cons too warm for summer.

I go through a pair of arm warmers every year, and this review is really about fit, rather than function. I am one of those dudes with SKINNY arms, and all the other arm warmers I have bought I have to pull up almost over my shoulders to get them to stay up and snug. These are nice and TIGHT on my chicken arms, stay up with no problem, and I don't have to pull them past where my biceps stop (not that they ever really start) so they are actually comfortable to boot. As far as function, I have not taken them in the rain yet but noticed that when they get wet water sort of beads off them. They are not super soft but they are nice and tight/stretchy and also above average as far as warmth. I would buy these again every year. Let's see how they last.
Pros Good fit in size small if you have toothpick arms
