Some riders check their sealant religiously every few weeks. Others forget entirely until a puncture reminds them the liquid inside has turned to latex dust. Orange Seal's Endurance formula targets the second group—a reformulated version of their standard sealant that extends service life to 60-120 days instead of the typical 30-45. The longer interval comes from a modified latex compound with higher concentrations of solid sealing particles that Orange Seal calls nanites. These particles stay suspended longer and continue migrating toward punctures even as the liquid base gradually thickens.

The Endurance formula operates down to 0°F, making it viable for fat bike riders and anyone pushing into early spring or late fall conditions where temperatures drop below freezing. The tradeoff for extended life is a slightly smaller sealing window: punctures up to 1/8" and slices up to 1/2", compared to the regular formula's 1/4" punctures and 3/4" slices. For most thorns, glass, and small debris, that capacity handles typical road and trail hazards. Catastrophic sidewall tears require plugs or tubes regardless of sealant choice.

The 32oz refill bottle covers multiple bikes or an entire season of top-offs on a single setup. Dosage follows the same guidelines as the regular formula: 1-2oz for road tires up to 28mm, 3oz for 27.5" mountain tires, 4oz for 29ers, and 6-8oz for plus or fat tires.
