Wheels aren't as simple as they used to be. Some contemporary aero and semi-aero designed products have their nipples tucked in neat and clean into the rim. To access these during service you will need an internal nipple driver. That being said, the Park Tool SW-16.3 is the best of show.

This 3/16" specific wrench will work on any depth rim, but just in case, features a 3 1/4" reach for the deepest rim profiles. Beyond this, the extra length also offers ample torque. The dual density handle gives both grip and comfort.
