The frame follows Pinarello's one-bike racing philosophy, refusing to split its range into separate climbing and aero machines. Every tube profile emerged from wind tunnel and computational fluid dynamics work aimed at a 0.2% reduction in coefficient of aerodynamic drag, with the down tube rotated 3.5° to create an aero-keel bottom bracket junction that improves airflow through the frame's busiest structural area. The head tube nose, first seen on the Dogma F8 in 2014, narrows by 8mm in this generation, which required an elliptical steerer tube and a headset running differentiated bearing diameters—wider at the bottom, narrower at the top.
Geometry stays true to the Dogma lineage of sharp, direct handling, with one meaningful change: fork rake grows to 47mm to add stability on descents. The asymmetric frame construction builds each side to different specifications, addressing the lateral imbalance the drivetrain introduces so power transfers evenly from both legs.
