Description

The F3 sits at the entry point of Pinarello's F-series, where the brand's asymmetric race architecture meets a build that keeps the price in check. The frame is molded from Torayca T700 UD carbon, a material that gives the F its stiffness under load while holding weight in a reasonable range for the money. TiCR internal cable routing runs the housing and wires through the frame and fork for a clean front end, and the frame carries UCI approval, so it's legal for mass-start racing straight off the sales floor.

Pinarello builds asymmetry into the F-series to answer a specific problem: the drivetrain loads the right side of the bike harder than the left, so the frame is shaped to match that imbalance rather than fight it. The result is a chassis that puts your pedaling force into forward motion instead of frame flex. The geometry follows Pinarello's race fit, with a stack and reach progression across the size run that lets you dial in a low, aggressive position or a slightly more upright one depending on which size fits your body and your flexibility.

Handling comes from the fork rake and the front-end geometry working together. Across the size range the fork rake holds at 47mm with a 373mm fork height, so the steering response stays consistent as you move up or down in frame size. This is a bike meant to hold a line through a fast descent and change direction when you ask it to, without the twitchiness that makes a race bike tiring over a long day. If you're coming off an endurance frame and want something that rewards being ridden hard, the F3 is that step up.... Read More
