The compact drop measures 120mm with an 80mm reach, matching current shifter geometry and making the drops genuinely usable rather than a position you only hit on descents. The 10° flare opens up control on fast corners and loose surfaces, and gives you a little extra wrist clearance when you are really getting low.

Cable routing is external on the Comp Streem, which keeps installation and service straightforward. The 31.8mm accessory mount diameter on the tops leaves room for a computer and a light without fighting for real estate, and the BB black finish matches up cleanly with the rest of Ritchey's alloy cockpit components. Ritchey measures width center-to-center at the shifter mount zone, not at the ends of the drops, so keep that in mind when sizing against bars measured outside-to-outside.
