Handlebar reach and drop numbers usually stay fixed across widths, which means a rider on a 40cm bar and a rider on a 46cm bar end up in different relative positions even when the bar shape is identical on paper. Ritchey took a different route with the WCS Skyline, building progressive reach and drop that scale with the width of the bar to deliver ergonomic consistency across all sizes. That means the smaller sizes get shorter reach and shallower drop, and the wider sizes stretch out to match a rider whose torso and arms are typically longer.

The bar is built from triple-butted 7050-T6 alloy and pairs an ergonomic top section with an anatomical bend shape , so the tops give you a wider, flatter platform when you're cruising and the drops fall into a repeatable hand position when you're working.
