Description

Saddle discomfort typically comes down to two failure modes: foam that packs out over time, or a shape that doesn't sit right under your anatomy. The Specialized S-Works Power Mirror addresses both with a short-nose Power shell shape paired with a 3D-printed polymer lattice in place of traditional foam padding. Rather than foam on top of the carbon base with a cutaway centre, you get a 3D-printed polymer lattice that looks a little like the inside of a beehive, with a matrix that consists of 14,000 struts and 7,799 nodes at the intersections between those struts. The result is a saddle where padding density can be tuned zone by zone, firm under the sit bones and softer where you need relief.

The short-nose Power platform puts you in an aggressive position, which is why it's popular with riders who spend real time in the drops or on aero extensions. The patented Body Geometry design is lab-tested to ensure blood flow to sensitive arteries , and the full-length center cutaway removes contact through the middle where soft-tissue pressure builds on long efforts. If you've ridden a standard Power saddle and liked the shape but wanted more comfort on 4+ hour days, the Mirror version keeps everything about the fit and adds a padding system that doesn't pack down the way foam does.

Underneath the lattice sits a FACT carbon shell with oversized 7x9mm carbon rails. That rail profile is worth flagging before you order: oversized 7x9mm carbon rails are not compatible with seatposts equipped with side-load clamp mechanisms for 7mm round rails . Most modern two-bolt posts handle the oversized rails without issue, but if you're running an older side-load post, plan to swap the post or the clamp hardware before installation.... Read More
