Specialized Turbo Battery Charger
Size: 42V
Description
Specialized's Turbo Battery Charger is the 42V 4A Li-ion unit that full-power Turbo e-bikes ship with from the factory, sold on its own as a replacement or a second charger. The 4A output is what separates it from the lower-amperage units floating around online, and it matters most when you are turning a drained pack around between rides rather than leaving it plugged in overnight. The housing stays compact for the power it moves, and the AC power cord is included in the box.
Power transfers through the Rosenberger plug, the magnetic 6-pin connector used across the Turbo range. It self-locates when you bring it near the port, so you are not lining up pins by feel down behind the crank, and it pulls free rather than dragging the bike over if someone catches the cord with a foot. A light on the charger body reports charging status, so you can tell at a glance whether the pack is still drawing current or has finished.
Check your charge port before ordering. This one covers the full-power Turbo bikes built around the 6-pin Rosenberger interface, which includes Turbo Levo and Levo 3, Kenevo, Vado, Como, and Tero and Tero X models. It does not work with SL bikes: Levo SL, Kenevo SL, Vado SL, Como SL and Creo SL run a 48V system with a different 3-pin connector entirely, and Turbo Levo 4 uses its own charger as well....
