SRAM's Force AXS E1 2x HRD Groupset is the Hammerhead edition bundle — the same wireless 12-speed drivetrain as the standard Force E1 kit, with a Force-liveried Hammerhead Karoo GPS computer packaged in. This is the current generation of SRAM's pro-level road drivetrain, fully wireless, 12-speed, and meaningfully refined over the groupset it replaces, with the E1 update shedding 183 grams from the previous generation Force AXS while adding improved brake ergonomics, faster front shifting, and increased drivetrain efficiency. Force sits between Rival and Red in SRAM's hierarchy, so the technology filters down from the top tier without the Red price jump.

The bundle includes the front and rear derailleurs, Force AXS shift/brake levers, two flat mount hydraulic disc brake calipers with rotors, a Road Flattop E1 chain, and batteries with chargers — everything needed to build up a complete wireless drivetrain except the crankset and cassette. That omission is deliberate. It lets you spec the crank length, chainring combo, and cassette range that fit your riding, whether that's a 48/35 with a 10-33T for mixed terrain or a 46/33 with a 10-36T for climbing. The rear derailleur handles cassettes from 10-28T through 10-36T, so gearing is a choice rather than a constraint.
