Description

If you're building a Force AXS Wide setup from the frame up — or replacing damaged arms while keeping your existing chainring and spider — the Force AXS E1 DUB Wide Crank Arm Assembly is the piece you're after. This assembly does not include the bottom bracket or chainrings , which is the point: you pick the chainring size (or the power meter spider) that matches your gearing plan, and these arms accept it. The "Wide" designation is what matters most here — it means the longer DUB spindle spaced for gravel and all-road frames, not the standard road spacing.

The arms themselves are carbon, redesigned for the E1 generation. The Force E1 crank arms have been redesigned and are 60 grams lighter than the previous version. They continue to use a DUB spindle and are now available in 160mm to 175mm crank lengths , which covers most fit windows including the short-crank trend for riders coming off a fit and dropping down from 172.5 or 170. The 8-bolt AXS interface is the connection point that makes this assembly flexible — the 8-bolt interface is compatible with SRAM AXS spiders and integrated chainrings, including setups with or without power measurement, which makes it a flexible choice for riders building or upgrading a modern SRAM drivetrain .

Chainline is where the Wide version separates from the standard Force AXS. The 45.0mm and 47.5mm chainline options extend versatility across road and all-road frames, making it equally at home on endurance builds, performance road bikes, or gravel race machines . If your frame calls for the wider chainline — most modern gravel bikes and some endurance road frames with clearance for wider tires — this is the correct assembly. Running the standard Force AXS arms on a Wide frame will put your chainline in the wrong spot and cost you shifting quality.... Read More
