Wireless shifting eliminates cable routing headaches, housing maintenance, and the gradual degradation that comes with friction in the system. SRAM's Force eTap AXS pairs the shift-brake lever with a hydraulic disc caliper in one kit, covering one side of the cockpit with components designed to work together from the factory.

The lever uses SRAM's familiar paddle design where the main paddle shifts in one direction and a smaller thumb paddle shifts the other way. You can swap which direction does what through the AXS app, and program double-taps for front derailleur shifts or dropper post actuation if you're running compatible components. The reach adjust dial sets lever distance from the bar, while contact point adjustment dials in where the brakes engage during lever travel. Ergonomic hood shapes accommodate hand positions during long rides in the drops or on the hoods.

The included S4 caliper uses a monoblock design that positions both pistons in a single aluminum body for consistent pad engagement.
