The Iclic system uses an automatic engagement design where the pedal mechanism automatically centers and engages the cleat without requiring precise foot placement.

Time offers Iclic cleats in different float options to match rider preference. The cleat design provides multi-directional float once engaged, allowing your foot to rotate naturally on the pedal rather than being locked in a fixed position. This float reduces stress on knees and ankles during the pedaling motion. The cleat includes adjustment slots that allow fore-aft positioning on the shoe sole before final installation. These cleats work specifically with Time Iclic road pedals including Xpro and Xpresso models.
