Assos habuSock evo7
The habuSock evo7 is identical in every way to the warmer Bonka sock except it is a slightly lighter weight which makes it a good choice for fall and spring when riding conditions require you to dress for cooler climates, but not quite winter. It's primarily a Merino wool sock that features some modern technology woven in to provide contemporary function.
Merino wool is perfectly suited for the Habu sock because the individual wool strands are naturally hydrophobic at one end and hydrophilic on the other. This means the water is held by the hydrophobic end, then transported and repelled by the hydrophilic side. This causes an organic wicking effect that works with surgical precision. Assos adds a Polyamide yarn and bioceramic thread to the weave matrix which speeds up the wicking process and adds durability with extra anti-bacterial protection.
