Description
The X1 featured here is a demo bike, with few to no miles. There may be a few small cosmetic blemishes, but it is in perfect working order. Any blem is cosmetic only and does not affect structural integrity. This factory authorized sale on the X1 comes with a full manufacturer's warranty.
Pinarello rebuilt the X-Series around a simple premise: most riders don't need pro peloton geometry, they need a bike they can ride for hours without feeling beaten up. The X1 with mechanical Shimano 105 is the entry point into that lineup, pairing a TorayCa T600 UD carbon frame with the Endurance+ geometry — compact reach and high stack that place the rider in a more relaxed position, but with a head tube angle that keeps the handling honest. It's a Pinarello you can buy without flinching at the receipt, and it rides like one too.
The frame story centers on comfort that doesn't rely on suspension gimmicks. Pinarello worked with Toray to select T600 carbon fiber for the X-Series — a layup chosen to balance performance against hours of riding, offering comfort without giving up the pedaling response that makes a Pinarello feel like a Pinarello. The Flex Stay rear triangle uses slightly curved seat stays and a tuned T600 layup to absorb vibrations on rough roads without resorting to a mechanical damping system that would add weight and cost performance. The X Onda fork carries the same logic up front, delivering precise turning, stability, and reduction of longitudinal and lateral shocks. Tire clearance tops out at 32mm, which covers most paved road conditions and rougher tarmac without venturing into gravel territory.... Read More
